Description: Beautiful white gold dress with some brilliant and crystalline reflections. The nose has a very beautiful intensity with notes of both white flowers (acacia, elderberry) but mostly white-fleshed fruit (pear, peach). The mouth is greedy with a beautiful volume attacking a nice sweetness and the acidity is relieved by a fresh and mineral character and a long and saline finish.
Food pairing – Serving Temperature: Accompanies green salads, seafood, fresh scallops, grilled fish. Best served at 8-10 °C.
