Description: Brilliant carmine colour. The nose
opens with notes of aromatic plants (thyme, rosemary, sage, etc.). Ventilation makes way to floral scents at first, then fruity like a basket of red berries while with finesse and subtlety. It has a very fresh palate thanks to an attack of citrus fruits. The aromas then evolve towards red fruits such as cranberries or pomegranate seeds. A perfect balance between subtle matter, fine tannins and thirstquenching acidity; ideal to accompany any Mediterranean cuisine.
