Description : Brilliant, white gold color. The nose is fine and precise on notes of ripe citrus and subtle oak with a very small iodized reduction. A touch of nut-type dried fruits brings a welcome complexity. Its palate is both rich, fat and fresh, with aromas of ripe white fruits and dried fruits (hazelnut). A little bitterness reminiscent of a citrus zest, carries the wine on the finish.
Food pairing – Serving Temperature : Accompanies green salads, seafood, fresh scallops, grilled fish. Best served at  8-10 °C.

Description: Brilliant, white gold with some very light green reflections. Beautiful aromatic density with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and linden, then of ripe fruits with a hint of almond, even frangipane. A good tonic is provided by notes lemon and / or ginger. Very fresh palate thanks to marine, saline or finely iodized notes, accompanied by a little mineral touch. Filigree, spicy sensations such as star anise complemented by a zest citrus lemon / bergamot give character to this drinkable wine now.

Description: Brilliant garnet colour. The nose is very open, expressive and complex with first notes of “noble vegetable” evoking the crumpled leaves, then mix of those woody “sweetness” and spices (liquorice, anise). In the background, ripe red fruits and gingerbread complete the smell. Its palate requires a little ventilation to fully reveal itself. It’s a homogeneous wine, sunny but quite juicy, with fine and sweet tannins, with aromas of liquorice and roasting which come to the tasting. Nice length on the smokiness of the barrel accompanied by a subtle note of cherry or kirsch stone.

Food pairing – Serving Temperature: A gastronomic wine, that blends harmoniously with red meats. Best served at l8o C.
