Description: Brilliant, white gold with some very light green reflections. Beautiful aromatic density with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and linden, then of ripe fruits with a hint of almond, even frangipane. A good tonic is provided by notes lemon and / or ginger. Very fresh palate thanks to marine, saline or finely iodized notes, accompanied by a little mineral touch. Filigree, spicy sensations such as star anise complemented by a zest citrus lemon / bergamot give character to this drinkable wine now.
Food pairing – Serving Temperature: Accompanies green salads, seafood,fresh scallops, grilled fish. Best served at 8-10 °C.
