THEOTOKY Cuvée 2015

Variety: 90% Robola and 10% Kakotrigis

Description: Bright yellow color with golden highlights. The nose has moderate aromatic intensity with high turnover herbal and mineral components (flint). In the mouth dominates the metallic character and has moderate duration.

Food pairing – Serving Temperature: Combine it with oily fish, white meats. Best served at  100C.
